The ongoing safety of our customers, staff and communities will remain our main focus.
We have been closely monitoring the status of COVID-19 and we are actively following the guidelines established by Health Canada and local public health officials.
At this point, Beneworks is taking proactive measures for our staff and our customers. As an organization, we will continue to do our best to fulfil our client’s obligations on time while maintaining the health and safety of our team. We thank you for your understanding and patience in advance, as we continue to adapt in these tough times.
Beneworks is adjusting to clients extra safety precautions for upcoming projects:
We can collect job details via email or phone.
We can schedule a face-to-face conversation using video conferencing to be able to provide quotes virtually.
If our staff have to go into a customer’s home or commercial property, we are making sure that our staff has not travelled recently and we will be confirming that the homeowner or commercial property manager has not travelled in the past 14 days.
Precautions Beneworks is taking on the job site:
We are using disinfectants.
Our staff is either wearing shoe covers or remove shoes entirely when entering a client’s home or commercial property
Our staff will disinfect high-touch areas before and after servicing someone’s home or commercial property.
Our staff will wash their hands before entering a client’s home or commercial property and wash mindfully while on a project.
Our staff will NOT shake hands and they will keep 6 feet of distance between the staff and customers.
